Room rate for conference attendees: $229.00 / Night.  Reservations will be made by each individual.  A major credit card is required for each individual reservation.  Reservations must be made by Monday, March 16, 2026.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancel by March 4, 2026, to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations between March 5 - March 20 to receive a 25% refund. No refund requests will be accepted after March 21, 2026. Any eligible refunds will be made following the conference and will be processed by December 31, 2026.

To provide the conference committee with the most accurate planning numbers, all completed registration forms will be considered as conference attendees and will be responsible for registered payment.

Information submitted in the registration will: A. Provide required conference information for conference materials and name badge. B. Assist with meal accountability. C. Establish session and meeting room formats. D. Identify volunteers who would like to help with the conference. E. Assist to provide acknowledgement you are registered for the conference. F. Assist to provide a receipt (via email) when payment has been verified. A receipt will be sent to email address listed on the registration form.
In order to allow time for the conference committee to process all information, online regular registration will terminate on April 3, 2026.
