Each year, EOA scholarships provide meaningful support to students across our region—and we deeply appreciate the time, care, and commitment our members bring to this process. We look forward to another strong year of recognizing outstanding students and highlighting the impact of TRIO and Educational Opportunity Programs.

⏳ Members will have six weeks to submit nominations.

As you prepare nominations, we strongly encourage all members to review the 2026 EOA Scholarship Handbook. This handbook is your primary resource and includes:

• Timelines and important deadlines
• Scoring rubrics and best practices for nominators

This year’s handbook reflects our ongoing commitment to transparency, consistency, and continuous improvement—aimed at making the nomination process as smooth and clear as possible.
