2024 Scholarships | NOW OPEN! Annually, the EOA Foundation provides multiple scholarship opportunities for students from low-income, first-generation backgrounds and students with disabilities that participate in TRIO and educational opportunity programs within the 10 state region. Recipients are recognized for their academic achievements, involvement in their community and/or their ability to articulate how TRIO/EOP has played a role in their lives.
