The EOA Star Search workshop is led by current EOA Presidents-Elects, this session will equip new TRIO/GEAR UP and the more tenured professionals with tools and insights to contribute effectively to the Educational Opportunity Association (EOA). Attendees will explore ways to volunteer through time and talent, with real-life examples demonstrating impact. Through interactive discussions and breakout activities, participants will develop personal action plans to support EOA’s mission. The session aims to foster clarity, connection, and actionable plans for volunteering, helping professionals elevate their TRIO and GEAR UP programs and the EOA network.
