Cancellation Policy:
Request for cancellation must be received by September 6, 2025, to be considered for a 75% cancellation of fees. Cancellation requests received September 7 - October 4, 2025, will be considered for 50% cancellation of fees. Cancellation requests made between October 5 - November 1 receive a 25% refund/cancellation of fees. No cancellation/refund requests will be accepted after November 1, 2025. If registration is not paid by November 9, 2025 registration will automatically be cancelled. Any eligible refunds will be made at the conclusion of the conference and will be processed by December 31, 2025. To provide the conference committee with the most accurate planning numbers, all completed registration forms will be considered as conference attendees and will be responsible for registered payment.
