Please join the ELI class of 2026 and trainers for an information session about the Emerging Leaders Institute. We encourage ELI alumni to attend as well to share experiences about their year with the program and how it has helped shape professional growth.

There will be a Q and A session and if you have specific questions ahead of time, please email them to professional-development@eoa.org so the group can be prepared.
The ELI application will go live for this next year’s cohort at the beginning of May!
The goal of this session is to share information about the ELI program as well as answer questions or calm nerves about applying. The future of EOA is dependent on the nurturing of development of our members.
