Join us as we explore the realm of program assessment and evaluation, focusing exclusively on Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) services. This session aims to help you improve your services, engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies. We will align our discussions with the allowable and required services for TRIO and GU programs, and implement improvement cycles designed by the National Science Foundation's STEM PUSH network.

All participants will delve deep into their current program management and services to define improvement cycles and develop implementation benchmarks. Our NEIU EOP programs have been engaged in these improvement cycles since 2019, and we have witnessed positive changes across all areas of our work.
