Late Registration - Member – $525.00
This rate includes a 5% credit card transaction fee.
Late Registration - Non Member – $664.70
This rate includes a 5% credit card transaction fee.
Regular Registration - Non Member – $590.30
This rate includes membership to EOA and OHIO TRIO as well as a 5% credit card transaction fee.
Regular Registration (Member) – $472.50
This rate includes a 5% credit card transaction fee.
Regular Registration Member - Offline Payment Only _ Payment must be received prior to 3/22/2024. – $448.88
Offline payments that have not been received prior to 3/22 will be due at Check in. On-site payment is $550.00 (if paying by check)

A 5% fee will be assessed for electronic payments made on site ($577.50).

2024 Ohio TRIO Professional Conference Agenda

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancel by March 3, 2024, to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations between March 4 - March 20 to receive a 25% refund. No refund requests will be accepted after March 21, 2024. Any eligible refunds will be made following the conference and will be processed by December 31, 2024.

To provide the conference committee with the most accurate planning numbers, all completed registration forms will be considered as conference attendees and will be responsible for registered payment.

Information submitted in the registration will: A. Provide required conference information for conference materials and name badge. B. Assist with meal accountability. C. Establish session and meeting room formats. D. Identify volunteers who would like to help with the conference. E. Assist to provide acknowledgement you are registered for the conference. F. Assist to provide a receipt (via email) when payment has been verified. A receipt will be sent to email address listed on the registration form.
In order to allow time for the conference committee to process all information, online regular registration will terminate on March 29, 2024.
