CREATING CULTURE
Culture is happening all around us, all of the time, whether or not we are intentional about creating it. In order to create a desired company culture, we must first understand our desired outcomes. What values do we want to hold as a company? How would we want outsiders to perceive us? What mission statement do we want to live by and how can we ensure that our actions and the actions of our employees will mirror that? In the Creating Culture workshop, professionals will be challenged to evaluate what is the existing company culture, the type of culture desired, and what practical steps need to be taken in order to get there. AT THE COMPLETION OF THIS MODULE, PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY:

‣ Four major identifiers of culture
‣ Four common traps of culture
‣ The types of systems that build and maintain culture
